New York, NY-June 1, 2009----Critically acclaimed singer-songwriter Jude Johnstone’s last appearance in the New York area was her national television debut on CBS’s “The Saturday Early Show” in March 2006. Johnstone returns to the area for the Music & Lyrics Tour with her first area appearance on July 12 at Towne Crier, Pawling, New York. Johnstone will share the bill on all her shows with the exceptionally talented trio Lucky 13.

Johnstone’s songs have been used in television shows “Army Wives,” “Lie To Me,” and in Showtime’s new series “Nurse Jackie.” Johnstone has received rave reviews for her reflective, intelligent songwriting delivered in her passionate, soulful voice.

Geller who is one of the founding members of the acoustic trio Lucky 13, which includes Cathy Kreger and Susan Devita, is also co-owner of Sonic Underground, a NY based independent label.
